Refund Policy

Returns
Due to the nature of our products there are no refunds after a product has been shipped. Please refer to our Shipping Policy to guarantee a refund before an item has been packaged and shipped.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to VBMW.

Exchanges
As mentioned we will not accept any returns. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info.vbmaternitywellness@gmail.com and please provide an image of the defected product. A new one will be shipped to you with no cost to you providing the issue is confirmed as a defected or damaged. Damaged items are not items that have been dropped, misused or destroyed by the customer. Please handle your packages with care.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your defected item. Once proof of purchase and damaged is confirmed, a gift certificate will be emailed to you in the amount of the product or partial amount depending upon the circumstance.
